INSTAGRAM IS MAKING SOME GREAT CHANGES...
Most of you know what Instagram is but for those of you that don't, you can read up on it here INSTAGRAM. Instagram has been gaining more popularity through out the last year and now almost everyone and every business is using instagram. Many people and businesses use the number of followers to encourage many things likes sales and popularity. Although numbers are important, this goes to show that you can't always go by numbers and how social media done right can benefit you.
When I saw that Instagram was doing a little bit of house cleaning, it caught my attention and what I found is shocking for some and impressive for others.
This is the notice on my Instagram account a little bit ago and it said:
While cleaning house is taking place I decided to take some screen shots on my iPhone of a few Instagram profiles before and after and this is what happened.*
*Photos on the left were screen shot on 12/10/14 and the photos on the right were screen shot today 12/19/14.

There were a few instagram accounts that only lost a handful of followers and a few that lost a few million. For example instagram.com/snson.pgh didn't even notice a difference in followers and instagram.com/br4ssintl notices a small dent but nothing major and that shows quality. Send them both a DM on Instagram and ask them how they manage their pages.
Nonetheless, almost everyone felt the effect of this change but I know it's for the better and a better future for social media quality. Maybe some other social media sites should follow the example Instagram is leading with.
